At its meeting on Thursday, May 14, 2009 the Old Lyme Planning Commission rendered the following decision:
1. Proposed Amendment to the Old Lyme Subdivision Regulations.
Addition of Section 3.9.4 of the Conditional Approval. APPROVED.
Effective July 1, 2009.
